Limber Up … Rock Ferry Yoga is returning
Having proved extremely popular last summer, our Saturday morning yoga classes are starting up again from October 2nd at 10am.
The perfect beginning to a relaxing weekend, the one-hour classes are held in the studio or the gardens at our Corner’s Organic Vineyard, concluding with a complimentary glass of refreshing house-made sangria.
We have three experienced teachers who will conduct classes on rotation.
Laura Rowe has been teaching yoga for 6 years. She fell in love with the practice in America over 10 years ago and has taught internationally through Australia and Southeast Asia while working in the wine industry. Recently making the move to call Marlborough home, Laura teaches a variety of styles from Power Vinyasa Flow to Yin.
Lydia Mossman first came to yoga looking for a more mindful form of movement and quickly became hooked. Lydia finished her training in Hatha Yoga in 2019 and has been teaching in Blenheim since. Her practice has a big emphasis on breathing and you can expect a blend of restorative and strengthening movement in Lydia’s classes.
Francesca Colonna is originally from Italy but I now a committed Marlburian. She came to yoga 4 years ago and completing her teacher training in January this year. She likes to combine Vinyasa and Hatha yoga in her classes with a focus on body strength and flexibility along with breathing techniques and mindfulness.
Classes are $18.00 per session and bookings are required. You can book at: https://www.trybooking.co.nz/IIK
We look forward to hosting you again this spring at Rock Ferry Wines.
