Viticulture:

Our aim in the vineyard is to grow the best fruit we can so it can speak of its home and express its personality. To do this you need healthy vines and soil. By practicing organics and incorporating some biodynamic principles we believe we are doing our best to help achieve this and let our vineyards evolve and speak as they would like.

A lovely bouquet of baked pear, ginger and spice. The palate is generous & lush & full with spicy, fresh fruit flavours.

Review:

Certified organic, this estate-grown wine is fleshy and full-bodied, with good complexity and a slightly creamy texture. Still unfolding, it is vibrantly fruity, with strong, ripe, stonefruit flavours to the fore, balanced acidity and a dryish, long finish. 4.5* Michael Cooper for Winestate
