2018 The Corners Vineyard Chardonnay and 2014 the Corners Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Our aim in the vineyard is to grow the best fruit we can so it can speak of its home and express its personality. To do this you need healthy vines and soil. By practicing organics and incorporating some biodynamic principles we believe we are doing our best to help achieve this and let our vineyards evolve and speak as they would like.
Chardonnay - Mendoza Chardonnay was hand harvested, bunch sorted and then very gently whole bunched pressed. The free run juice was warm settled for 12 hours with no additions and the cloudy juice racked to a concrete egg for indigenous fermentation. The ferment was warm ( 25 degrees ) and the wine was left on full ferment lees for 8 months and underwent MLF during this aging. It was then racked off lees in March 2019 and bottled.
Chardonnay - This Chardonnay has an intriguing bouquet of honey, nougat & nectarine with unique and distinctive flavours of vanilla bean, lemon curd and a little crème brûlée on the palate.
Chardonnay - Alc 13.0%, pH 3.56, TA 5.1, RS Dry.
